Experience

Ms. Megan M. Wallace is an associate of Furey, Doolan & Abell, LLP and joined the firm in 2000. Ms. Wallace counsels clients on matters related to business entity selection and formation, as well as ongoing operational issues. She advises clients on real estate issues, including commercial acquisitions and leases and has also counseled clients on land use matters, especially zoning, commercial, and residential land development issues. In addition, Ms. Wallace represents clients in matters before administrative agencies, including the Montgomery County Council; the Montgomery County Planning Board; Montgomery County Board of Appeals; and the District of Columbia Board of Zoning Adjustment. She has guided clients through the complex process of establishing tax-exempt organizations and has counseled tax-exempt organizations on operational and administrative issues.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Wallace was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Marilyn Kelly of the Michigan Supreme Court and an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
