Experience

Ms. Jeannette O. Roegge is an associate of Furey, Doolan & Abell, LLP. Before coming to the firm in 2002, Ms. Roegge assisted a variety of individuals and families in estate planning, including the drafting of trusts and wills. She has advised clients on generation skipping transfer tax, business succession, transfer of retirement benefits, charitable giving, gifting programs and gifts to minors. Further, she has worked closely with financial planners, insurance agents and benefits departments.

Her representation of fiduciaries, executors, and trusts allows her to counsel executors through all stages of estate administration and probate, including, will contest, will construction, trust accounting, and trust construction actions.

Prior to joining Furey, Doolan & Abell, LLP, Ms. Roegge was with Best & Flanagan, LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota in their Trusts and Estates department. Before then, she was with Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she was in their patent infringement litigation group.
