Experience

Prior to joining Furey, Doolan & Abell, LLP in April 2007, Mr. Moore was senior counsel at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.  Mr. Moore has practiced in the estate planning, probate and trust field for many years and has lectured extensively on the subjects before both professional and lay audiences. He has also practiced in the field of labor and employment law, serving as lead counsel for the freight railroad industry in numerous presidential emergency board proceedings and as a former management co-chair of the Railway and Airline Labor Law Committee of the ABA Section on Labor and Employment Law. Mr. Moore is a former law clerk to Chief Justice Earl Warren.
