Experience

Mr. Sam Marsh has been engaged in the private practice of law in
Montgomery County and the District of Columbia since 1954. From
1992 to June 30, 2002, he was President of Marsh Fleischer &
Quiggle, Chtd., in Bethesda. In both private practice and various
other fiduciary capacities (Personal Representative, Trustee, Guardian,
Custodian), he has had extensive experience in tax planning and
asset management in collaboration with investment counselors, trust
departments, and accountants.
