Experience

Ms. Marianne Loman has been with Furey, Doolan & Abell, LLP for over twenty-five years, and has a varied practice. In the condominium, cooperative and homeowners association field, she has formed new associations and assisted developers in the development process, has served as general counsel for existing associations, dealing with a variety of issues ranging from corporate governance to tax, employment, construction, covenants, and rules enforcement. She has also represented individual homeowners. Estate planning and estate and trust administration, as well as estate- and trust-related litigation also form a major part of her practice. In addition, she represents businesses, associations and individuals in connection with general business and employment matters, and in connection with the formation of new business entities.
