Mr. Delany advises clients on a wide range of
business and real estate matters. His real estate practice focuses
on the representation of builders and developers of commercial and
residential properties, issues relating to land use
regulatory matters, as well as
landlord and tenant law. His business practice encompasses a variety of
general corporate matters, including corporate governance and the
formation and dissolution of corporations and business entities.
Prior to joining the firm,
Mr. Delany served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Terrence J. McGann
of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland from 2005-2006. |
