Experience

Tanya C. Bernstein is an associate with Furey, Doolan & Abell, LLP and has been with the firm since 1999. After focusing on estate and trust litigation for five years, she now practices primarily in the area of estate planning and probate administration, and also advocates for clients as a registered lobbyist before the Maryland General Assembly and Montgomery County Council. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bernstein served as law clerk to the Honorable Patrick L. Woodward, then-Associate Judge, Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland (now sitting on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals).
